The Law Office of Natalie C. Holt, PLLC
Natalie C. Holt

Natalie does not shy away from a fight and takes representing her clients during their darkest and most stressful moments very seriously. When the government charges her clients, she understands the fundamental thing they need is someone who is not afraid to stand by their side when it may feel like the deck is being stacked against them. Since 2021, Natalie has been a defense attorney and treats her clients the way she would want to be treated under these moments of pressure. When named as a criminal defendant, you have important, constitutional rights, and if one person’s rights are neglected and violated, that means that could happen to any of us. This is why Natalie believes you are entitled to an aggressive and quality defense.
Before going to law school, Natalie graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio with her Bachelor’s in Political Science, and with her Master’s in Rhetoric and Composition from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. While attending law school at South Texas College of Law, Natalie participated in the school’s advocacy program, where she competed in both mock trial and moot court competitions. She also participated in Currents: Journal of Economic Law and served as Editor-in-Chief. After graduating law school, Natalie worked for an appellate attorney and had the invaluable experience to assist in brief writing, as well as preparations for that attorney to argue to the Texas Supreme Court. Natalie then moved to Galveston County, where she worked as a jail docket, misdemeanor, and felony prosecutor at the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office. During her time as a prosecutor, she learned people are not just “files” and “cases;” she learned that what is in the interest of justice is that both the government and defense attorneys must treat people facing criminal charges as people who need help, have a lot to lose, and have loved ones and quality of life that are worth fighting for.
